At Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Lead to join our team in the Acute Frailty Assessment Unit.

The estimated salary for this role is £39,895 - £55,760 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to lead our team in the Acute Frailty Assessment Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and treatment, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the team in the Acute Frailty Assessment Unit to deliver high-quality patient care and treatment.
  • Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of current issues in nursing and the NHS.
  • Experience of working in an acute hospital setting.
