Residential Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to join our residential care service in Maidstone, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote a supportive environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice and compliance with external regulatory requirements.
- Assume leadership roles in the absence of the manager.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to staff members to ensure individuals receive person-centered support and achieve their goals.
- Achieve the goal of delivering a high-quality support service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, as well as a caring and compassionate nature. They should be committed to excellence and have excellent organizational skills.
Estimated Salary Range:£31,574 per annum (based on 13.80 per hour), plus a range of salary sacrifice benefits and online rewards through our benefits portal.
