Senior Care Practitioner Role

At Barchester Healthcare, we strive to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by leading a team of care staff and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. This will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals, including GPs and district nurses, to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Carer who has a passion for delivering exceptional care. The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and previous experience in a residential care setting.
