CV-Library is a leading job board company based in Maidstone, Kent, and we are seeking a highly skilled Residential Care Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality residential care that meets the individual needs of residents and maintains the home's standards.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for caring for all Residential residents within the home, ensuring their personal care and attention needs are met.
- Oversight of care provision, identification of shortfalls, and rectification of staff performance issues will be a key aspect of this role.
- Audit, action, and review of standards within Residential units will be carried out to ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
- Formulation, implementation, and maintenance of Residential care plans will be a key responsibility, ensuring accurate record-keeping and liaison with residents, relatives, and staff.
- Provision and supervision of Residential care, acting as a resource for the caring team and identifying training needs, will be essential.
- Maintenance of personal hygiene and infection control measures will be a top priority.

Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year
