Senior Residential Care Professional

Barchester Healthcare Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality care services, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Residential Care Professional to join our team.
As a Residential Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and support to our residents, working closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of health and social care principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of care staff, including training, supervisions, and delegating duties on shift
- Supporting with the administering and ordering of medication
- Reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments
- Liaising with GP's, district nursing teams, and resident family members
