About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead Registered Managers and staff teams, driving improvements in quality, performance, and growth. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior leadership or management role within children's residential care, with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding procedures, and legislation relevant to children's residential homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead registered managers and staff teams, providing operational management and driving improvements in quality, performance, and growth.
- Act as the interim manager in the absence of a registered manager to ensure stability and continuity of care.
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding practices.
