KIMS Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Registered Practitioner (Theatre Nurse or ODP) to join our AfPP accredited perioperative team as a Deputy Lead Theatre Practitioner for Orthopaedic Surgery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as a scrub practitioner in orthopaedic surgery and be looking to progress their perioperative career to lead and mentor junior staff.

">

You will be responsible for leading the scrub team, providing clinical leadership to junior staff, and communicating effectively with other departments to ensure efficient patient care.

">

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex cases and develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

">

Our benefits package includes a competitive salary (£50,000 - £60,000 per annum), free secure staff parking, pension scheme, private health insurance, 33 days annual leave, life assurance, and flexible working arrangements.
