Orthopaedic Surgery Opportunities
KIMS Hospital Maidstone offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Registered Practitioner to join its perioperative team as a Deputy Lead Theatre Practitioner for Orthopaedic Surgery.
This role involves working primarily as a scrub practitioner, with flexibility to cover Anaesthetics or Recovery when required. As the lead member of the scrub team, you will ensure a high standard of clinical care and safety for patients within the theatre unit.
Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with other departments, preparing operating rooms for surgery, and providing clinical leadership to junior staff. You must have experience in planning, organising, and running lists within the theatre suite.
