Theatre Practitioner Role Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled theatre practitioner to join our team at KIMS Hospital in Maidstone. As a registered practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our theatres team.

Your key responsibilities will include working as a scrub, anaesthetic and/or recovery practitioner, assessing and implementing patient care requirements, communicating effectively with other departments, maintaining patients' comfort, dignity, and privacy, and ensuring practice is within an ethical and legal framework. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in anaesthetic and/or scrub theatre practice, with experience working in an acute hospital setting. Additionally, you should have evidence of continuous professional development and its application, as well as experience of planning, organising, and running the daily workload in a theatre suite.
