Job Overview

The Essex & Kent Police is seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual to become the new Operational Manager for the Kent Criminal Justice Board.

About the Role

This home-based position involves managing projects, delivering change programmes, and working successfully with partners. The successful candidate will have project management skills or a relevant qualification and be familiar with programme delivery.

As part of this role, you will work closely with partner agencies and spend approximately 1-2 days at the OPCC Office in Sutton Road, Maidstone. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in achieving the goals of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and deliver projects and programmes related to the Kent Criminal Justice Board
- Work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to achieve common objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive change and improvement
- Analyze data and information to inform decision-making

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
