Home Care Support Worker

Cera Care is a leading provider of home care services, and we are seeking a skilled Home Care Support Worker to join our team.
This role offers a competitive salary of £20.10 - £26.80 per hour, depending on experience, with guaranteed hours available for those with flexible availability.
The successful candidate will assist clients with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, using Cera's innovative technology to enhance outcomes and provide high-quality care.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing person-centered care to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and refreshments
- Managing medications and maintaining accurate records
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences
