We are seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in a care home setting, delivering exceptional care to residents.

Main Responsibilities:- Enhancing Resident Well-being: Foster positive relationships with residents, offering emotional support, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.
- Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order: Guarantee a clean and organized living environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness in communal areas, residents' rooms, and bathrooms.
- Housekeeping Operations: Effectively manage the laundry process, ensuring timely washing, drying, ironing, and organization of residents' clothing and linens.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols when utilizing cleaning chemicals and performing cleaning tasks.
- A salary range of £12 - £13 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
