About the Role

This is a role with challenge, growth, and purpose at its heart. It's a role that inspires others and brings your creative mind to life.

You will be supporting 6 residents, (3 male and 3 female) who have learning disabilities and need support with all daily tasks. This is a residential care service and the people we support are fully dependent on us.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all personal care tasks are carried out with respect for privacy and dignity and in line with the needs, wishes and preferences of the individual as defined in the support plan.
  • Work as part of a team and liaise with medical professionals to provide the best quality of care and support to these individuals.
  • Deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with the wider community.
What You'll Need
  • No experience is required to become part of our amazing team here at Choice Support. We provide all training along the way, plus great opportunities to develop your skills, gain qualifications and further your career within the company.
  • Drivers with full UK manual driving licence are required for this role.
Working Arrangements

Variety of shifts available: 7am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm and waking nights.

Location

Situated close to Oakwood Park this service stands on a main bus route and has off street parking.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
