About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Quality Support Worker to join our team at CV-Library in Maidstone, Kent. This permanent full-time position comes with an estimated salary of £32,000 per year. As a High-Quality Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional residential care that meets the individual needs of residents and maintains the home's high standards. Your key responsibilities will include caring for all residential residents within the home, overseeing care provision, identifying shortfalls, and rectifying staff performance issues. You will also audit, action, and review standards within Residential units, formulate, implement, and maintain residential care plans, and ensure personal care and attention to residents. Additionally, you will understand and comply with statutory and legal requirements, provide and supervise residential care, act as a resource for the caring team, and identify training needs. Furthermore, you will maintain personal hygiene and infection control measures, accurately record-keeping, and liaison with residents, relatives, and staff for timely care planning. Effective stock control and ordering of prescribed medication and medical products are also essential responsibilities. Confidentiality of resident information is paramount at all times, and active participation in care team meetings and resident review meetings is required. Finally, accurate reporting of annual leave, sickness, complaints, accidents, and Daily Census is necessary.
