Female Support Worker/Full Training Offered

Daytime healthcare is working with a leading national care home group to recruit a support worker with care home experience to join their team in Maidstone, Kent.

Job Requirements:

  1. Support individuals in engaging daily living activities and utilizing community resources effectively.
  2. Facilitate social activities and help clients connect with family and friends.
  3. Assist with managing clients' finances and ensuring a clean, fresh living environment.
  4. Provide and encourage personal care for optimal well-being.

Essential Qualifications and Attributes:

  1. Fully flexible for all shifts across 7 days per week.
  2. UK manual driving license required due to limited public transportation near the service.
  3. Paid enhanced DBS check essential.
  4. Availability for flexible working hours and up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).
