Cera Care is recruiting part-time and full-time home care companions to join our team in Maidstone and surrounding areas. As a home care companion, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals who can provide personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and domestic duties. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual with good communication skills. You will also need to be able to work flexibly and independently, with the ability to travel between locations using your own vehicle.
