Your Role

We are seeking kind-hearted individuals who share our vision to join our team as Care Professionals. As a Care Professional with Home Instead Maidstone, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality care to seniors in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being* Develop close relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge* Work collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

* Customer Service skills* Compassion and empathy towards seniors* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Reliable transportation and a valid driving license (advantageous)* Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital systems
