We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Course Administrator to provide administrative support to the Foundation Year Course Leads. The primary role of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of the Foundation Year courses, encompassing admissions, teaching, and examination activities.

About the Role

This is a full-time fixed-term contract until July 2028, with the possibility of sharing the role part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the five Astrophoria Foundation Year Course Leads.
  • Assist in the administration of admissions, teaching, and examination activities for the Foundation Year courses.
  • Work closely with the Course Leads to deliver high-quality academic programs.
