Job Details
Salary: £31,459-£36,616 per annum
Full time maternity leave cover, up to 13 months

Role Overview
The Education Policy Support (EPS) team develops academic policy, oversees quality of courses, and manages external regulation of our teaching, access and participation. The team provides a secretariat service for major university committees and manages student casework. As a Casework Officer and Administrator, you will support the EPS team in their daily operations, handle your own caseload, and provide general administrative support to officers in the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the EPS team in developing academic policy and managing external regulation
- Handle your own caseload of student cases, including servicing panels/committees as required
- Manage the office space and facilities
- Provide general administrative support to officers in the team

Requirements
- Well organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, tact, and discretion
- Positive attitude to work and ability to remain calm under pressure
