Job Summary:

Venture Recruitment Partners is seeking a talented Accounting Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to drive business growth.

About You:
  • Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
  • A keen understanding of business operations and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Experience of leading and developing small Finance teams.
Your Key Accountabilities:
  1. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to inform business decisions.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on location.
