Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and developing relationships with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the products sold and be able to create and develop relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' business needs and requirements.
  • Arrange presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
  • Work with dealers and OEMs to build and maintain relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Director, Key Account Manager, Major Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Senior Sales, or related sales roles.
  • Experience in people management and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the products sold and the industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
