Job Description: Call Centre Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Call Centre Support Specialist to join our Telecommunications Department at University Hospital of North Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support to staff and patients.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. You will work closely with our team to ensure effective call handling, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, covering days, evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays. Night shifts may be required to accommodate service needs. Shifts are 7.5 hours long, rotating over 5 days, with an early start time of 6am and a late finish time of 10pm.

Salary: £23,615 per annum + enhancements
