Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly articulate and effective communicator to join our team as a Call Centre Support Specialist. As a key member of the Telecommunications Department, you will be responsible for delivering a 24/7 telephone switchboard/operator service to the Trust and its users.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be able to remain calm in all circumstances, and possess excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling general internal calls, external patient and patient relative enquiries, and calls from other healthcare professionals. If you meet the above criteria and are a motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving, then we would like to hear from you.
