About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team as a key member of our HR operations. As a vital contributor, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues, recruitment, and compliance with employment law and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR advisory roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and practices. You will be well-equipped to offer support and guidance to our team, ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are followed effectively.

This is an immediate start opportunity based in Maidstone, Kent, with occasional travel to Bromley, Bexley, and Hastings. The salary for this role is £31,500 per annum.
