About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team at Tuck by Truck. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities and autism to develop valuable skills through their work.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with packing and delivering snack boxes to local businesses
  • Drive our van to deliver goods to clients (UK driving license required)
  • Help with stock checks and tallying money
  • Support individuals in setting personal goals and working towards them
  • Care for individuals as needed, including occasional personal care tasks

Working Hours and Location: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 4:30pm. Our office is based at Quarry Wood Industrial Estate in Maidstone, with free parking available.

What You'll Bring: A caring and patient approach, with a love of working with people. Experience in support work is beneficial but not necessary; what matters most is your commitment to empowering others.

Salary: £12,000 per annum (pro-rata), providing a comfortable salary for a part-time position in the Maidstone area.
