Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care services to vulnerable adults.
This is a full-time position, working approximately 37.5 hours per week.
The estimated salary for this role is £19,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while respecting confidentiality.
- Supporting service users with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
- Participating in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one.
- Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
