About the Role: As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director and Administration team. This will include assisting with diary and email management, setting up and scheduling appointments, organizing work schedules for technicians, communicating with letting agents, property managers, and clients, and providing administrative support for staff meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with diary and email management
- Set up and schedule appointments
- Organize work schedules for technicians
- Communicate with letting agents, property managers, and clients
- Provide administrative support for staff meetings
- Use multiple IT packages and systems
- Develop and maintain an effective IT management system
- Monitor and order stationery supplies
- Work as part of the Pest-Tech Team
- Build effective working relationships
- Ensure GDPR compliance
What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £6.40 per hour, 20 days holiday per year, Bank Holidays, and 20% paid time for Off the Job Training.
