Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily organization and efficiency of office operations, ensuring effective communication between departments.
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities, interacting with IT, phone, and building personnel as needed.
- Provide a hospitable experience for office guests, maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring staff are aware of internal and external communication protocols.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
Advantages
- Knowledge or experience with CAD software is an advantage in this role.
