Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Aligning HR strategies with business objectives
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision making
  • Managing complex employee relation issues
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Providing training to managers on employment law
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, with significant focus on employee relations
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday HRIS
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
  • Strategic thinker, ability to align HR practices with business goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, time management and resilience under pressure.
