HR Initiatives Specialist

Allen Lane is seeking an experienced HR Initiatives Specialist to oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high standards.
This role involves providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and HR colleagues while implementing change management strategies across the organisation. The successful candidate will have experience working in a matrixed environment and ideally in the public sector.
The estimated salary for this position is between £54,818 - £62,554, offering a pension contribution of 17.5%, 31 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and access to health and wellbeing services and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a range of HR projects that require strategic thinking and long-term planning.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and HR colleagues.
- Implementing change management strategies across the organisation.
- Managing project budgets, ensuring financial control and accountability.
- Communicating complex information to various audiences.
- Identifying risks and mitigating risks associated with project delivery.
