About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Strategic Partnership Specialist to work with a high growth, innovative business. This key role will support HR operations across multiple sites for a growing and highly commercial division of the business.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in the development of career progression paths and experience in influencing and coaching leaders and employees to drive employee engagement.

They will also have experience in facilitating and supporting HR change projects, ideally HR M&A integration, and experience in developing and delivering HR-related training to upskill line managers.

Location: Hybrid - with frequent travel to office locations in East Yorkshire, Kent, and London

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
