HR and Employee Relations Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR and Employee Relations Specialist to join the People and Culture Team at NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board. This is a dynamic and impactful role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, HR expertise, and strong interpersonal skills.
The successful applicant will lead on all aspects of the people agenda, including the people plan to clarify, identify and deliver strategic objectives in line with our organisational values and behaviours. As a core member of the team, you will also be an integral part of the senior management teams you support.
This position focuses on talent and succession planning, organisational development, coaching and advising senior leaders. The role also includes workforce strategy including workforce planning, to build an innovative workforce, together with using evidence and workforce data to influence people priorities and support decision making.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer flexible working arrangements, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
