About the Job

We are seeking an experienced HR and Policy Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. This part-time role involves administering payroll processing using BrightPay, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer payroll processing using BrightPay, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Assist with recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, providing excellent support to our employees.
  • Manage accounts administration tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Generate reports as needed to support management decision-making, providing valuable insights into our HR processes.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14-16 per hour and flexible working hours, with the opportunity to work 16-20 hours per week (more can be offered). Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR administrative role, preferably with a focus on payroll processing. They will also have strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
