Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Controller and Accounts Assistant to join our team at Austin Fraser. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

About the Role
  • Process end-to-end payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.
  • Manage all payroll data inputs including new hires, terminations, and updates to employee records.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with in-house payroll systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process company payroll monthly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.
  • Reconcile accommodation booking payments with bank statements and accurately record them in the accounting system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all payroll-related regulations, handling annual filings such as P60s and P11Ds, and managing pension contributions and deductions.
