The successful candidate for this Payroll and Administration Specialist role will be based in Hybrid/Kings Hill, Kent, and will play a vital part in delivering high-quality services to both colleagues and external customers. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining working relationships, maintaining accurate employee records, preparing and processing payroll information, and accurately logging enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of HR/Payroll processes and practices, excellent planning and organisational skills, strong communication skills, sufficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to be extremely accurate, detailed, and confidential. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £23,150 per annum, 25 days of annual leave, access to a generous discount scheme, life assurance coverage, health cash plan initiative, and company-wide events.
