HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for Huntress. As a standalone HR professional, you will be responsible for managing all operational HR matters and providing strategic support to the business.

Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata for 30 hours)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert HR guidance to employees on training, development, career opportunities, and employee wellbeing.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  3. Lead the recruitment process, working closely with departments to create job descriptions, support interviews, and induct new employees.
  4. Oversee performance management processes, offering guidance to managers and employees.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Qualifications: CIPD certified HR Professional.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in generalist HR roles.
  • Prior experience as a standalone HR professional.
  • Familiarity with HR systems.
