Human Resources Project Lead

Allen Lane is seeking an experienced Human Resources Project Lead to oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high standards.
">This role involves providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and HR colleagues while implementing change management strategies across the organisation. The successful candidate will have experience working in a matrixed environment and ideally in the public sector.
The estimated salary for this position is between £54,818 - £62,554, offering a pension contribution of 17.5%, 31 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and access to health and wellbeing services and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a range of HR projects that require strategic thinking and long-term planning.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and HR colleagues.
- Implementing change management strategies across the organisation.
- Managing project budgets, ensuring financial control and accountability.
- Communicating complex information to various audiences.
- Identifying risks and mitigating risks associated with project delivery.
