About the Role

As a key member of our HR team, you'll oversee day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and employment law, and acting as the main contact for HR queries. You'll also support senior management in enhancing organisation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage employee relations cases with a fair and solution-oriented approach.
  2. Assist managers with performance reviews, setting objectives, and advising on staff development.
  3. Lead recruitment, from advertising roles to onboarding, ensuring a smooth start for new team members.
  4. Develop and record metrics to assist with attendance, sickness, and other events to support the payroll department.
  5. Oversee employee benefits and performance management to encourage a positive culture.
  6. Implement and manage the apprenticeship scheme and support additional HR needs for subsidiaries.
  7. Collaborate with the quality team to uphold and develop ISO 9001 standards.
Requirements
  1. Professional HR Certification (minimum CIPD Level 3).
  2. 3+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a similar environment.
  3. Experience improving HR processes and developing HR metrics.
  4. Strong IT skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
