Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team As a key member of our HR delivery team, you will be responsible for providing effective support to deliver all Payroll/HR Services, ensuring high levels of customer service and timely delivery.
About the Job:You will be working closely with our HR team to provide first-line support via phone, email, and live chat facilities to customers, adhering to Service Level Agreements and maintaining regular updates in line with company standards.
Responsibilities:- Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, and live chat facilities
- Update and amend Payroll and HR data in accordance with appropriate procedures, regulations, and standards
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal colleagues, customers, clients, and suppliers through regular contact
- Ensure relevant entries on employee records are up-to-date on Payroll/HR systems, call log system, and electronic personnel files, adhering to Data Protection
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience within a customer service based role
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages
- Able to manage workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines
