We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our fast-paced Helpdesk team at Apogee Corporation Limited.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving printing, network, and services issues remotely, as well as providing triage support for laptop and PC break fix hardware support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Using remote access software to assist clients in resolving printing related queries (print, scan, fax, colour queries and network related issues).
  • Problem diagnosis & fault resolution.
  • Timely communication with clients, keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes.

Salary range is estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on the company's industry standards and location.
