Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in local, national, and international markets.
  • Liaise with departments to maximise revenue and communicate sales-related information.
  • Cover key responsibilities including direct sales calls, telesales, research, appointment making, trading, promotional campaigns, client familiarisation visits, and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrate effective coaching skills to enhance team performance.

Requirements

  • Strong sales background with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and negotiate contracts.
  • Commercial awareness and a deep understanding of the leisure industry.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
