Revenue Growth Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at House Recruiting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to take on a senior sales role and contribute to the ongoing success of our events, exhibitions, and media business.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and fostering lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. You will oversee the end-to-end sales process, from strategy development to execution, ensuring all revenue targets are achieved.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Nurture client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategy with broader business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the business remains competitive and responsive to client needs.
About You
We're looking for a driven, experienced, and commercially astute sales leader with a track record of delivering exceptional sales performance. You will have experience managing teams, driving growth, and building lasting client relationships. A proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets is essential for this role.
