Job Description: Revenue Growth Manager

Arcade is a dynamic start-up looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.

You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned and effective. This includes monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans to address shortfalls.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring our sales team, fostering clear communication across all levels, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.

An estimated salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum is available, dependent on experience.
