Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving a personal revenue target via outreach to prospective delegates, processing orders accurately, creating reports, and providing excellent customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in events, with experience working with cross-functional teams to develop value propositions for key personas. You should also possess direct sales experience, both via phone and email follow-up, as well as delegate sales experience with key account work and negotiation tactics.
