Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join the commercial team at Richmond Rugby Club and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for implementing a proactive and innovative commercial strategy for both the rugby club and the venue to maximise all revenue growth opportunities.
This includes selling out all matchday sponsorship assets, from kit, perimeter boards, stand assets and pitch names, as well as building out a Richmond Rugby events calendar that excites fans, alumni, and local businesses and maximises match day revenues.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 per annum, offering a competitive OTE package for a talented sales professional.
The ideal candidate will be highly energetic, innovative and a true self-starter with a real passion and determination to truly ignite both the rugby club and its unique ground.
