Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Directors in the Change Directorate. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on strategic diary management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate divisional meetings, manage communications, and organize online materials for the Director
  • Handle routine administration, inquiries, records management, and act as SharePoint SuperUser
  • Assist with divisional projects, department-wide initiatives, and major events like away days and supplier community events

Requirements
  • Proven experience in providing administrative and executive support to senior leaders
  • Evidence of utilising Microsoft Office packages, with demonstrated expertise in OneNote in previous roles
  • Superior organisational, time management, and administrative skills
  • Resilient under pressure, capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Flexible and results-driven, with a view to supporting team efforts as needed
