- Manage the Commercial Director's inbox and diary, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Organize and maintain documents in accordance with Company procedures.
- Operate as the key contact between the Commercial Director, other directors, senior managers, and senior staff.
- Arrange external and internal meetings, as required.
- Meet and greet key clients and senior members of business partners.
- Collate paperwork for management meetings, including agendas, note-taking, and following up on action points.
- Seek ways of streamlining processes and making efficiencies.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages and competent in IT activities.
- Assist with preparation of presentations using PowerPoint and other media.
- Provide routine and ad hoc management information and reports.
- Prepare and review documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and/or technical accuracy.
- Create and maintain paper and computer-based filing systems.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect sensitivities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Make all travel and accommodation arrangements, when necessary.
