An innovative fintech company in Africa, backed by prominent global investors, seeks a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator for their growing London team.
This pivotal role involves managing complex schedules across multiple time zones, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality. As the Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will oversee office operations, facilitate team events, and ensure new hires are fully equipped for success.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment, with exceptional communication skills in both French and English, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage calendars for executives and coordinate meetings across time zones
- Organise and manage travel plans, from booking flights and hotels to ensuring smooth logistics
- Process expense reports and invoices accurately and on time
- Oversee office operations, including onboarding new hires, coordinating office moves, and organising events
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Support special projects and adapt to ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Take the lead in arranging off-site team gatherings and strategic meetings
