Senior Administrative Coordinator

VWA (Victoria Wall Associates) is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to support senior professionals in our team in Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in providing top-notch administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize international travel arrangements for the team
- Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Effectively manage projects from conception to completion
- Assist in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations
- Efficiently process expenses on Concur
- Prepare essential documents for business meetings
- Collaborate with the office support team to plan and execute events and conferences
- Ensure seamless coverage during peak periods
- Welcome clients and guests with warmth and professionalism
Requirements:
- Must possess prior experience as a Senior Administrative Coordinator, preferably within the financial industry
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Meet tight deadlines with ease
- Have previous experience managing multiple busy calendars
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Concur experience is a significant advantage
