We're seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a key member of our support staff, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

This varied role involves:

  • Managing phone calls and handling correspondence effectively
  • Providing administrative support to our managers and colleagues
  • Meeting and greeting visitors with a warm welcome
  • Engaging with residents and promoting a happy environment in our care homes

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Handling paperwork, filing documents, and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting our management team with administrative tasks and projects
